I've lived at this place just under 14 months. I highly recommend this complex because of its reasonable rent and great amenities. Underground parking and cable is included in the rent. Management is awesome and are very responsive to all requests.

Only problem that I had were noises from punk kids upstairs that love to party starting at 10pm just about every night of the week and continued on through the wee hours of the morning. Management did respond quickly when I called them twice about the noise. Management won't be renewing their lease.

Management very concerned with everyone's happiness and safety. Laundry facilities are clean and maintained (3 of each on every floor) as are all of the grounds.
