Fairly new building (less than 4 years)depending on which unit you live in. Very sturdy construction with a good deal of amenities. The units are well laid out and rooms are big. Every unit has a nice deck, but you are unable to grill on the property.
Only negative comments are:
Communicationg with the management requires a personal visit to get a good response. This property is owned by a larger company and has a rediculous amount of lease clauses. Forget having any renter rights or ability to go month to month after a completed lease. The rent is somewhat high considering the market per sq. foot. The quality of other tennants has slightly declined over the last year. Post review update: After living in this complex for 3 years with no issues, management is attempting to sue for damages after move out. Our unit was left in great condition and our walk thru (while avoided) went well. Management decided to re-inspect apartment afterwards and submitted us to collections for $900. Totally fraudulent and shady practice. We will need to persue legal action to remedy this. I cannot recommend renting here.

You cannot charcoal or gas grill on any balcony per Fire Code.
Were you present at the check out? If so I'm sure the charges against you were brought to your attention. I live at another property and they also have tons of lease clauses. The state and federal government require these forms.
