We moved here August of 2000 and still live here. I live in a two bedroom with a loft style, and absolutely love it. Painting, burning candles, and making it your home is allowed here. I have almost all of my walls done is some sorta finish, topped off with wall sconces, tea lights... and well you get the point. My sister had rented at Springbrook Cercle and was told she couldn't burn candles there or pretty much do anything! That's why I note it.

I have great neighbors on my floor with a very wide range of age...23-70. All are so nice, but most importantly quiet! The only noise I get is from being on a corner unit that has a stairwell attached to it. The underground parking is lit well, and they added cameras to it. I can't say enough good things about this place, I love my home and will continue to live here until we want a house.
