I lived here for a year before finally being able to move out. The staff didn't seem to be very welcoming or helpful and never called back when I had questions or maintenance requests. The look was okay but the walls were pretty thin...I could hear the neighbors very easily - even the ones below me! Overall I wasn't too thrilled with Riverwood and wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends.
