The office staff is, by far, the best I've ever ever dealt with. They have bent over backwards to make sure everything is in order, with the exceptions listed below.

My apartment is beautiful, I love my loft. The closets are HUGE. I lucked out in finding this dog-friendly community. In fairness though, I do have a few minor issues:

The laundry facilities would be adequate if not for the occasional neighbor who likes to leave thier clothes in the machine and forget them, or machines that need maintenance. I'm not complaining, since it's more affordable than any laundromat anywhere.

I can tell you that the guy next door to me snores, but I snore too, so it sort-of balances out. Walls are not the thickest around, and you can hear all of your neighboring apartments (Fortunately I only have 2).

The hallways could use a bit more upkeep, but I have no complaints regarding actual maintenance requirements. All that being said, the only change I see in my future is moving to the central air apartments (Mine has wall-unit, but it works well).
