I have to say that I am not surprised by the reccomendation percentage that appears. I am a former tenant of the apartments. I know that the office staff was very aware of this website, and I would guess that most of the good reviews were written by them. I had an okay experience living there for a college student. It definately wasn't quiet. I also lived on the third floor and across from a dog. There were pee stains on the carpet from their door to the elevator. As far as noise--we heard it all from people in the hall, the dog across the way, and whatever the couple next door was doing in their bedroom. I was embarrased for them. We could also choose between watching our own program on TV or just finding what they were watching and muting ours. We could hear just the same through the wall. As far as parking...they claim that the parking structures are secure, but somehow people get in and things disappear. The secured entry doors had a lock, but you could pull hard on the door and open it. I currently live in another apartment in Oak Creek that received a much lower rating, but funny--we like it much better there.
