I read through some of the comments that say that there are loud neighbors and you can hear everything through the walls. Let me tell you something. There will always be some noise and its luck of the draw if you get an obnoxious neighbor no matter where you go. And if you choose to live in an apartment then you have to be willing to put up with some noise.
I have lived here for about 1 year now and have had no problems. First of all, the size of the apartments is probably the best for your money around here and the layout isn't the same as every other basic apartment complex. The staff is very friendly. The neighborhood is perfect. You have every kind of store you need right around the corner and the highway too. Its quiet and safe. I have been nothing but satisfied with Riverwood. The only thing that mI have evre had a problem with was occasionally, I don't get a parking spot near the enterance but this is usually later at night and the spot I do get is still pretty close. I don't know what those others who complain are talking about. If this place is "bad" to them, then they will never find an apartment they like. They shou;d go to my last apartment and then we can talk about "noise". So if anyone is looking for a good place to live, this is your best bet, honestly.
