We really liked living in Riverwood. Crista and Jen were great in the office! The apartments are HUGE even though the price is a little more- but, you get what you pay for. The air conditioners should be updated or changed because the 2 BR with loft is HOT in the summer even with the AC running 24-7 becuase you have to turn it off after a few hours since everything freezes- clean the filters and it works a little better :) The W/D are cheaper than going to a laundry mat. The appliances are new. The wall are thin though and you do hear alot with kids in the hallways. You dont really hear the neighbors too much when youre out in the common living area but in the rooms you do- unless you have a room on the end. Lots of closets and cupboard space. the construction is good however there are some cracks that are int he ceilings and by the AC. Overall, a really great place to live for the price you get, its one of the larger, cheaper apartments in Oak Creek. We lived in a 2 BR w/loft 1 1/2 bath with underground parking space and storage. We also had a cat for 945 a month.
