Want a college dorm' This is the place for you.....

We've lived here for two years. At first, it was nice. Since we've been here, the rent has increased a total of $45. Under normal circumstances, that would be tolerated.
The ladies in the office are always very nice and try to accomodate everyone. Unfortunately, I think that is the downfall to this complex. This past winter was horrible for snow removal. Snow was not removed in a timely fashion, leaving at least 6 inches of ice on the driveways. The garage doors seem to be broken most of the time. The contractor's they've hired are downright rude.
Many tenants don't feel the need to abide by the rules and regulations. The nice ladies that I mentioned earlier are too nice to stop poor behavior (or they choose to ignore it). Young people are allowed to have loud parties until 4am, you can throw your beer cans and cigarette butts over your balcony, you can leave your dog at home alone to bark uncontrollably and constant for hours until 11pm or so, and don't worry about picking up your dog piles because that doesn't seem to be required here either. The walls are very thin. You'll hear people going up and down the stairwells at all hours of the night and day. If you're twenty something and want to live in a dorm, this is the place for you.
