If you want a well lit area to walk your dog or just to go do wash, bring your flash light or ask all of the neighbors to turn their porch light on. (Managment did say that there are police officers that live here...... (So are they going to save the day)
This place is so cheap on fixtures. No matter how nasty and dirty it looks (plastic bathtub & wall) or if its cracked(our window was never fixed) they wont replace it. Our garbage disposal vibrates so bad that you have to hold on to anything on the counter.

SO IF ITS NOT complety BROKEN, ITS NOT IN THEIR BUDGET TO FIX. It's like pulling teeth to get her (managment)to fix it

Also did you know there is cheap window screens out there. If you drive by every one has a million holes in theirs (I touched mine and my finger went threw.
Don't evem think about touching the walls, one finger and they are dirty.
P.S. They are so cheap that when you move out you have to pay to clean you capet!!!
So for the extra 100.00 a month I moved to Riverwood estates:)

if you dont like the tub you shouldnt have moved in. call for maintenance if you have problems, ie your disposal or screen. many of my fellow residents damage their screens and dont call maintenance. if you have dirty fingers dont touch the walls then. there are lights by laundry! dont use it at midnight then.

I see some sort of similarity in the responses to the concerns being addressed on this property. Wonder if it is from someone that has a vested interest on the property.
