Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We signed a year lease and were told a pool and fitness center were being built - after a year, it it not even developed yet. Instead 8 new apartment buildings!

Our apartment was not move-in condidtion - leaking toliet, ceiling, refridgerator and sink, stained carpets, etc. I would suggest you keep looking instead of renting from Southfield Apts.
