We signed a 13 month lease in the new luxury apartment complexes. They are horrible and cheap. The heating bills are outrageous ($150 ) b/c of problems with the windows. Also the window air conditioner unit is an area of energy loss. The brand new carpet is cheap and coming apart. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. They do not plow or salt in a timely mannor. Even the paint is bad, it can not be washed without coming off the walls. We are not allowed to do laundry or dishes during certain times b/c our neighbors hear it. The management is even worse than the apartment itself. For $1000 a month it is not worth your money. I highly suggest that you save yourself the aggravation/frustration and keep looking. You have to live in your apartment for a year and you want to look and feel comfortable; this is very restrictive and unfomfortable enviornment.

why would you do laundry at midnight? be respectful of your neighbors. your walls aren't coated with an anti sound barrier! keep clean and you won't have to clean your walls. think before you rent next time, remember you're living in an APARTMENT not a one family house!

Allthough Anonymous will probably not read this reply, if the laundry is open then it may be used. There are people that work different shifts that do there laundry at different times. This is something you should take up with management not the tennant if you feel it shouldn't be open that late. Do you think just because you work 1st shidt the world should revolve around you schedule?
