I do live in the older model style and yes this place was gross and still feels gross after completly steam cleaning and carpeting cleaning the dirty looking carpet. The apartment is not very well insulated, the bill for heat is like $100.00 a month and thats with it at 60 at night and shut off during the day.
When the hot water kicks in it makes this annoying clicking/banging noise the whole time!
I wish all those people that rented the new style would have drove around and asked questions to other residents because we could have told u those are some cheap ass apartments that were only built in a few months and u guys dont even have central air or heat. Looks arent always everything.

Some of leasing staff lives on site and always walks around barking at people!

people know what they get into when they look. your in an older one, of course your bill will be higher! i'm in a 2br 2ba in older section. my bill is 100 a month and i cook a lot. if your water makes noise, call maintenance.
