If you value peace and quiet this is not the place for you! You can always hear the noise from the freeway to include all through the night. The train going by and the airport traffic are not as bad as the highway noise. Not to mention most tenants DO NOT follow the rules and you can basically hear everything they do, to include running the dishwasher, vaacuming, stomping around. Some tenants like to play their music overly loud,at all hours, and with the freeway noise you can't tell where it is coming from. The pool is TOO small for the size of the complex so it gets nasty pretty quick. Besides putting the pool right next to the run off pond which is mesquito heaven. The grounds maintenance is little to none as the bushes are usually over growing the side walks. They like to make a lot of noise and clear the snow at 2 am when you need to be sleeping. There is no insulation on the outside walls so it is very drafty. The plant window has NO insulation and all your plants will die if you leave them there as the cold pours in. The huge patio doors only make the adjorning room even colder. Price to use laundry is MORE expensive than going to a laundry mat for heaven's sake! What good is onsite facility if costs more to use them' $20 to wash and dry 4 loads is unacceptable! Many pets and some owners do not pick up their dog's droppings so how can a person let their kids run around' There is no play ground for the children either. They are pretty good at getting things fixed right away like water leakage, something breaking, or not operating correctly. But they tend to not clean up after they finish their work and leave stuff behind or not aware they damaged something else. For instance putting in a new fixture and pulling all the chalking away from the wall, or leaving the mold stains there in plain site. The staff just doesn't listen or do anything about issues. They pretty much say you have to call the police to get a neighbor to stop violating noise ordinance. This is stupid why even have a lease then if it is not enforced' Trash is picked up timely, but not what they spill they let it lie or blow all over. Still waiting for the new mail boxes that were promised last year with the new buildings, but nope it is still a mud hole that people always park infront of and don't get towed. The new paving still has the same lack of proper drainage problems leaving puddles everywhere including garages. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

this person obviously doesn't know what comes with apartment living. there is no on-site manager so what do you expect? don't use the pool if it's too small. it fits 58 people! nobody plows at 2am, i never heard them. it doesn't cost $20 for four loads, it's 1.25 each. which means it costs $10 for four loads. someone didn't graduate high school!
