I enjoyed both my apartment, a 1bedroom and den and community of Springbrook a lot. My place was very spacious and ample closet space. Never had a problem with neighbors as they all were friendly and never any trouble with noise. The maintenance people were quick to respond - same day service usually and Rob and Collen are polite and helpful in the office. I would recommend Springbrook. Its a beautiful place to live and reasonable.
