The bugs, dirty pool, and crappy appliences were unpleasent suprises right from the get go. Half ass snow plowing and NO salting, I shoveled my own walk EVERY time so my wife and kids wouldnt fall(bought our own salt too.) Once you sign that lease they dont give a crap about you. The building of those new "condos" is all that gets done around there. The cable goes out regularly, channels disappear for days at a time. Parking is like a dog fight to get a spot other than in front of your garage.
