I am not one to write reviews, but I did happen upon this site prior to moving to Springbrook. I read the good and not so good comments and will admit I was a little hestitant, but I am here to tell you don't trust the negative reviews. The first time I came to Springbrook I mentioned this site and some of the comments that made me unsure. Both Colleen and Rob mentioned that they knew the man who wrote two nasty reviews maybe more(I guess he told them straight out that he was going to smear them as best he could on here). Supposedly he's upset about not getting his deposit back because his cat did"business" all over the new carpet. I dealt with both Colleen & Rob, an owner when
finding my apartment and during my four months here so far and they are both very pleasant and helpful. I often see Rob working late at night and he going to be unfairly attacked when people are upset because he has ownership. I have never even met the owners at any of the other three apartments I have rented around Milwaukee,where its a revoling door of staff in one day and out the next. I love my place, the neighbors are kind, and the maintenance men are good. I enjoy taking walks at night its quite and I feel safe. As a person who read these reviews before moving here and after four months of living here all I can say is that I am glad I didn't put a grain of trust in the words of the immature mean negative reviewers. Thats my two cents!
PS The pool was open June 18 - I was excited to check it out after they did some improvements on it. The water is warm and beautiful pool furniture too.

To assume that people who complain are immature, I would say you're self-centered. You write your own review and I will write mine despite the different opinions. You don't write a positive review to attack a person who just wrote a negative review. To me, that is immature. Now I question the validity of your review.
