Luxury Apartments' Yeah, right!

Overall, the atmosphere at SpringBrook is nice. Rob is nice but I do agree with others that he is weird at times. Maybe all the complaints are coming from renters from the blue buildings.
Well, I live in one of the blue buildings for over a year now (lease doesn't expire until 2006), and EVERY winter there is a surge of ants everywhere on the 1st floor apts. They come through the bathroom, the kitchen, the front door, the sliding patio doors, and anywhere else they could fit through. It's a disgusting site, I'm so embarassed to invite people over because we'll be watching a movie and eating dinner with ants all over the carpet. I've tried liquid bait and a ton of other stuff and it doesn't work. The first time I reported this they said they really couldn't do anything. Now, they are supposedly to come out and spray the cracks and carpet to prevent these millions of ant infestation.
I took tons of pictures for proof and for evidence.
The walls are thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking all the time. The insulation is bad, I see tons of spiders, various bugs, ants, weird bugs all the time.
They don't shovel quick enough. At times, I have to shovel myself out of the parking space in the morning to get to work. You can iceskate on your sidewalk.
The environment is great, but the blue complex by far should not be labeled as luxury apartments, and should about $100 cheaper in rent for all the 'on-the-side' bullcrap you put up with.
