My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year. Once our lease is up we are out of here!!! I agree with a lot of the other reviews. Most of the negitive ones are right.

Lets start with the customer service. When we were looking into moveing here Rob was feeding us everything and anything to get us in here. He said that they are re-doing the parking situation and that since we had 2 cars he said that I can buy another spot. Well they never did the parking. Every time I call to complaine about someone parking in 2 spots they never answered the phone. Dont wast your time walking up to the office. They are not there anyway. One time it took me 4 hours to get ahold of someone there. Our kitchen conter has really really bad stains on it. ( you would think that they would replace it before we moved since these are luxuery apts.) They told us it would take them 3 months to replace it. They never did!!

The other reviews about bugs it sooo true! I seem this site before I went to check this place out. I told Rob that there were alot of reviews about bugs and he said it was a lie. We had a huge problem with ants. The bugs die right along the molding of the apartment.

The winter...they dont plow or salt. I have almost fallen several times.

Rob knows about this site too so I wouldn't dought it that they added a few good reviews so they don't look so bad.

I could go on and on but the bottem line is that they will do anything to get you in and once you are...its all about them. I wish I would of listened to the reviews!!
