The owner is weird. There are serious insect problems with ants, spiders, silverfish and crickets. He had his maintenance remove the new blinds and replaced them with bent blinds when I moved in because he is that cheap! Carpets were ruined and stained despite promises he will have them replaced. That never happened. Don't believe any empty promises. Washer and Dryer are cheap and poorly hooked up. The dryer did not work for many months before I finally had it replaced despite many calls. Do not pay in cash because he will deny he got it and carbon copies are destroyed, too, when you ask to look at the receipt book. When you move out, bring a witness and insist on having the owner sign the check out list and papers stating that he got the keys on the date and time because he denied getting them and I had to pay for 2 extra weeks.
