Management is HORRIBLE!!!!

I am moving out at the end of this month from this hell hole and have never been more happy. I cannot believe I actually considered staying here another year. There are bugs, outrageous heating bills (every month $350 ), and a psychotic owner. I recently called him to unclog a toilet and he talked to me like I was his child. I pay over $1200 per month for rent and he had the nerve to act like I was inconviencing him! I will now make it a point to let everyone I know that this is a horrible place to live.
This is the same guy that I see driving around on his little golf cart 15 hours a day everyday but when a tenant who pays their rent on time every month and never asks for anything calls him he is aparently too busy. DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THESE APARTMENTS. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!
