I have lived here for a little over a year now, and take it from me, this place SUCKS!!!! They lure you in with all the talk and hype, and once your in, your just a number...they don't give a rip about you! Rob, the owner, or manager is CRAZY!!!!! He freaks me out! If you need to speak to him about something, he will go nuts! He has completly lost it over the phone with myself and my husband numerous times, and has even hung up on us. My toilet has leaked for over a year, and every time I call to repair it, no one shows up. Finally...Rob himself came to fix it, and informed us, that it was leaking because our children had leaned too far back on the seat. Are you kidding me'''' It was leaking from the pipe that connected it to the wall! Hello'''' Our garbage disposal broke and it took 2 months for someone to fix it. My entire kitchen reeked! When I would call to see when someone would come, they would either, not answer the phone, or tell me "your on the route list" whatever that means.

Now, for the worst part! I had a crazy woman pounding on my door at all hours of the day for months on end. One day I finally went outside and asked her to quit banging, she went crazy screaming cuss words, and tried to force her way into my home. I called the police, and was informed by them that she was mentally ill, and that the apartment under me and several others in the complex were half-way houses for the mentally ill! I have two small children, and was so angry that NO ONE had informed me of this prior to moving in. When I asked Rob about it, he tried to act like they were perfectly harmless and asked what I did to start the altercation. I still have this woman pounding on my door, kicking my garage, and screaming vulgar language at me whenever I see her, including at the pool with other families. Rob and the management have made NO effort to correct the situation, and told me that if someone is swearing at the pool, I should leave! I had to call the case manager of the program myself, to have anything done about this, and she informed me of all the other run-ins that crazy woman has had with other resident's after Rob told me I was the only one who she had ever had a run-in with! I hate the fact that I am paying $1300 a month to be stalked by a crazy woman he belongs in the mental hospital, have my apartment infested with bugs, can't burn candles, and have to beg and plead for any repairs to be done, and argue with psycho Rob over everything! Turn around, run away, never look back, don't trust a WORD they say!
