White trash haven.

When we first moved in everything seemed just fine, but things started going downhill and have continued to do so. There are some extremely belligerent and disorderly tenants (and guests). We take our kids to another location to play. I've been attacked in my driveway. My wife has been stalked. A mental out-patient resident causes regular (often violent) disturbances in our building. Tenants and guests park wherever they want, like on the grass and in your driveway and are never towed (it's your problem to deal with). You can pay extra (like I do) for the privilege of being on a pond that you can't see. A new tenant moved in across the street today. One of the entourage (an either late teens or early twenties male) stood in my driveway and took a piss in front of my six year old daughter. Although fantastically polite, the management is little more than secretarial. Condescending owner seems comfortable insulting your intelligence. I work for a large company who is moving approximately 1,500 employees to the area next year (from downtown). Whenever anyone asks me where I live and what my experience has been, I am more than willing to share my experiences and advise them to steer clear. It's the least I can do while I'm stuck here. We just found out that they are going to sealcoat our section of the complex, which is great. Unfortunately, someone had the brilliant idea to close off all vehicle traffic on the Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I'd like to know how everyone (including myself) that WAS planning to go out of town for the holiday, is going to load their vehicles with three days worth of food, clothing and other equiptment from outside the complex' Like I said, brilliant.
