I've lived here for a year now and have had the best experience! Th eoffice staff is always friendly and take the time to talk to you, the grounds are gorgeous and my apartment is beautiful. I had a few ants when I first moved in, but after a week they were gone. Parking has never been an issue since I have a garage/driveway. And even if I had to park elswwhere, there are quit a few visitors spots by me. I never hear my neighbors nor can they hear me.

In my opinion, all these bad reviews are from bitter people, who probbly want to break their lease or do something else their not suppose to.

All I got to say, is that this is one happy resident!!! The rest of you who don't like it here can go live in a hell hole, like teh Gables or Country Oaks.

That's very nice that you have been happy with your tenancy. Your review is as useful as any other submitted for Springbrook Cercle. (Until you get stupid.) If someone wants to break their lease, they may have a perfectly good reason for wanting to do so. Why should that have anything to do with whether their review is valid or not? Also, if you are going to state that someone who writes a negative review wants to "do something that they are not supposed to do", then explain what it is you are talking about. Count the reviews. There are many more negative reviews than positive ones. This certainly indicates that there are some serious issues with Springbrook Cercle. Don't forget to ignore the positive reviews that were OBVIOUSLY written by the owners and / or staff.

I agree, I have lived here for a little less than 2 years - and it has been miserable! Every aspect is miserable! I wish I would've never re-signed my lease - but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE!
