You know the old line "the customer is always right" well, Springbrook Cercle not only doesn't adhere to that policy they created their own philosophy "The customer is always wrong and their are so many potential renters that we will treat our existing tenants like dirt." Unfortunately we have to endure this place for another few months. I urge anyone who is contemplating residing at Springbrook Cercle to turn the other way and find another complex where customer service is perceived as a good business practice.

I agree with you, I just moved in Aug. 1st and hate it. Spiders, bugs, filthy apartment when we got their to move in. No hot water for 3days. Empty promises for repairs that need to get done.

we too have a bug issue and repairs that have not been taken care of. If you call the girls in the office you will be treated like the village idiot by them and nothing will get done. if you flag down the repair guys, who are great by the way, they will fix your issue that day. The problem really rests with the two rude ladies in the office, they will say anything to get you out of their hair. also the workout room needs major updating and cleaning as well as the hot tub area. NAsty!!!
