I had gone and looked at the model unit in the blue buidlings and it was decent, but i wanted to see the actual unit I would live in. Inititally i was told the unit was still being lived in however i drove by it and saw it was vacant so i called the office and let them know this and they acted surprised, but i insisted on seeing the unit so they did let me look and I was glad that i did because it was nothing like the model unit. It was totally worn down and beat. I wouldnt pay $830./month to live in those conditions. I saw an ant house right on the floor in the foyer as I came in which was a real red flag and turn off. The cabinets and doors looked rather old and weathered and the carpets were spotty. I had put down a deposit and 20.00 to hold the unit and for the application fee, however once I saw the unit and how bad it looked I decided I wouldnt want to live there and I asked them not to even submit my application because they hadnt even gone that far yet and I wanted my money back. They gave me the deposit back, however they kept the $20 app fee even though they didnt even submit it or have to do anytthing with it. I felt it was very tacky that they kept it even though it isnt a large amount of money. It is just the thought of them doing that and it shows how they really are. I wouldnt have wanted to live there if that is how it would be. They seem money hungry and stuffy over there. Not a place I would want to call home. And the traffic in there is nuts too with all the units they have and no sidewalks for kids to be safe walking on. The only sidewalks I saw were the ones by the big new brick Ventanas they have. There is no real place for kids to play, no open spaces. And the one small pool they have is supposed to be enough for all the tenants. I had read all reviews on here before looking and felt i would give them a chance anyway but most things posted on here seem pretty accurate so i would tend to believe them now. I think there are alot of other places to live that are nicer and have better staff and upkeep. Beware of a place that cant answer questions when asked and isntead likes to beat around the bush on things and give half answers. Look around VERY closely before going to this place.
