Springbrook looks nice on the outside, but the inside is not so nice. It is beautiful apts. and we were excited to move in. Office staff was friendly and helpful but you better believe the bad comments about the management (Rob the arogant -------), they are dead on. We had our refridgerater "fixed" 3 times (this was the first week we were in the apartment the fridge went out)and had an entire shopping trip of groceries spoiled. I finally called and told them the fridge would be sitting in the middle of the road tommorrow and to come get it. We got a new fridge after listening to Rob whine some more about how the fridge was fine and they always cycle themselves!''! No mention whatsoever about all the lost food.
Our sliding door blinds were so brittle from age they literaly broke off in your hand. Mngmt. told maintenece to only replace broken ones even though they no longer had the same style available!' Fortunatly maint. couldn't bring himself to leave such an eyesore and replaced them all anyway.
Snow removal is a joke, if your car is not moved while they are there, they do not come back and clean it, it freezes. The streets inside apts. are ice rinks. sidewalks are barely cleaned and NO salt. I see they installed handrails now, they were not there when I lived there.
Also, no matter what you do, prepare to battle for your security deposit when you leave, they will take every last cent they can get without fail. Rob is a true money grubber!!
I could go on and on, every dealing with Rob is pitiful.... two years residence, 10 years worth of stress!
One last thing, if you can't help yourself or think the bad reviews are only disgruntled former tenants, do yourself a favor and SEE the exact unit you will get, if there is damage, get in writing it will be fixed, they promised to fix cracked tile in kitchen, stained countertop, cracked baseboard. Once we signed the lease, we never heard about these things again. It is annoying to pay so much money and have crappy things stare you in the face daily. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
