The apartments are beautiful on the outside and of course the new ones are beatiful on the inside but thats about it for this place. Dont plan on getting any problems fixed. Our front door lock was broken, we could not lock the door when we left. It took them 3 days to come and fix it!! When we were first looking to move here we asked to be in the stucco apartments and was told the only ones coming available in the next 3 months were in the old blue buildings. After we moved in we were constantly seeing people moving out of the stucco buildings. So we were lied to. Any time we need something fixed my husband just tries to do the best he can because we know maintenance will take weeks to come if at all. Our dishwasher did not work when moved in. After 3 weeks they finally came to look at it. We were told it just needed a new part, well it still doesnt work properly and I havent seen anyone to come fix it again. We asked for a new one and we were laughed at.
I do like that there is a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, hot tub and fitness room. The only problem is management "forgets" a lot to unlock the door to the fitness room and if the office isnt open then you cant get in even with they key they give you when you move in.
