I just renewed my lease and am very pleased with my apartment. I haven't had many maintenance problems but the staff was very efficient and polite in either fixing the problem or keeping me informed as to needing to order a part and when it would arrive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area. I think it is more contemporary and has a nicer, cleaner feel to the other communities I looked at before moving to Springbrook. They have a beautiful clubhouse and I wish they would rent that out because it would be great for parties but I guess I understand them not wanting it to be damaged or anything because it is really nice. That is probably the main thing I wish they offered - a party room to rent out.

I thought you said "I haven't had many maintenance problems" yet in the very same sentence you say "but the staff was very efficient and polite in either fixing the problem or keeping me informed as to needing to order a part and when it would arrive". If you had no problems then why would they have to inform you of anything? Sounds like the great review of a Springbrook Cercle staff member!

I had to have the furnace fixed 4 times, the refrigerator 3 times and the dryer 1 time.
