I don't even care about the air traffic and train noise, but...

Regular loud subwoofer noise in area at all hours from within the complex. Appliances are cheap and constantly in need of repair. Pool is overcrowded. Hot tub overrun with small children. Exercise room equiptment has needed repairs for years. Every time one of the neighbors closes a door, the entire apartment shakes. You can smell neighbors cigarette smoke a lot, because the upstairs and downstairs apartments share a common HVAC register. Stadium style lights near the tennis courts shine in your windows and are annoying. Neighborhood kids like to play near your car, instead of their parents cars, often making dents (from balls and such) on your car. It's May and one of the apartments still has so many Christmas lights up, that it looks like a Vegas whorehouse.

And last but not least... Owner is a condescending, disingenuous prick.
