Being a single mother it brought tears to my eyes and a heavy sigh of relief to see that I am not alone when it comes to absolutely hating living in Springbrook Cercle. Oh my gosh the BUGS are everywhere! My neighbors are complaining about them to! Our toilet backs up all the time even when no solids are being flushed! And I am soooo sick of pounding music from other tenants cars and apartments shaking my entire apartment late at night every night!! I hear people screaming at each other and slamming doors quite often. Some grounds mainteance men trimmed bushes by my apartment and left a big pile of branches in front of my door. I had to put down my groceries and clean them up just to get in. Then they came by a week later and used one of those blowers and blew leaves all in my entryway that I had to clean up. Rob the owner is so two-faced and a liar that it makes me nausous whenever I think about it. My teenage daughter won't go to the pool or clubhouse anymore because Rob gives her the creeps. Jennifer in the office is so sarcastic and pretentous it makes my skin crawl. It is true what some of the other reviewers are saying, they pretend to be a luxury complex, but once they have you-you are treated like dirt. I have lived many places and have always been very happy but not Springbrook Circle. When my lease runs out we are definately leaving!
