Still currently a resident but would like to get out soon. I absolutely hate whatever his name is, according to these reviews Rob. He is slimy and weird, I don't report any issues because it means he will have to come into my apartment and he may try to come unannounced if I m there or not, which is totally against renters laws. So bugs yup had ants coming up from the apartment below for about two weeks, just sprayed my apartment myself daily until I found the anthill and destroyed it. Appliances never were fully functional from day one of moving in we just make due I guess and once we do finally move out I've heard from other ex-residents that they don't even clean the carpets they just replace them and charge the old tenant so looking forward to that as well but to be honest I don't care I cannot wait to get out of this crazy place. It just goes to show that if something seems to good to be true and people seem overly nice it's for a reason once they rope you in that all changes, don't take my word for it though your more then welcome to find out for yourself.

I used to live there. Worst place I've ever lived. Way too many problems to even list here. elosrebe: I'm not sticking up for Rob. He is a complete freak, but seriously, Blockbuster doesn't even carry porn rentals. Besides, he seems much more like someone who downloads kiddie porn anyway.

Dude... you are so right. Rob is the creepiest guy I have ever encountered. Him and his weird office staff are way-overly-friendly at first at the same time ripping down the competition across the road. I ran into Rob just down the street at the blockbuster. I swear to you he was renting pornos...

Rob's an idiot with absolutely no customer service skills because he really doesn't care. We've stayed way too long because moving is just a hassle, but I think we'll take the hassle rather than stay here any longer than we absolutely have to.

I think it's fine for everyone to have their own opinions but to joke about something as serious and illegal as child pornography is extremely inappropriate. The accusation is digusting and really crosses the line. Personally, it discredits everything that was said about the place in this review for me because I'm not sure I believe someone who would attack and joke about such a serious issue. There are other, respectful ways to get an opinion across.
