The problem with this site, is that most of us who are on it are here because we've hated our stay at Springbrook Cercle. I wish we would've found this website BEFORE moving here. But I'm glad we are given the opportunity to fairly warn others who may fall into the Springbrook Trap.

I agree, I would rather live elsewhere, because there really isn't one good thing worth staying for. But because Rob makes it impossible to get out of your lease early, we are stuck - and every day it seems to get worse.

If you have more than one vehicle - good luck finding a place to park it. If you ever want to invite friends over, they have no where to park either.

I haven't experienced the massive bug issue, but I live in an upper unit (maybe it's better up there). But we have tons & tons of wasps and hornets that seem to make their nests everywhere.

When maintenance is called, they take their sweet time - that's if they even show up. We have called the office to get something fixed nine times. It has never been fixed, so we finally gave up. The heat is included in the blue buildings, but the boilers are set so low that you really don't get much heat.

I pay almost a $1000 a month in rent - a ridiculous amount when you realize what you really get for that money . . . nothing but a headache.

Yea. It is too bad they don't have a "satisfaction guarenteed" policy. One they have you hooked, their cheap fake friendly face turns into a mean, hateful, unsympathetic and frankly stupid experience. IF YOU ARE READING THIS... DON'T GO TO SPRINGBROOKE!!!!!
