My experiences with Springbrook have been nothing but wonderful. Being 7.5 almost 8 months pregnant AND having a very snowy winter I have had NO problems with the shoveling and snow blowing of the sidewalks.. Which is of great concern to me. I have also had the wonderful experience of some of the handy men scrape off my car windows.

The office ladies have been nothing but nice to me as well. I haven t had too many problems with bugs as well.. A few spiders here and there..but if you can show me a place that doesn t have any spiders I ll bake you a batch of cookies.

This place has been great.. a lot better then the many other apartments that I have experienced.

To all the people with the negative thoughts and comments: If you are not happy here leave if you have left get over it and move on. I would like to know where you have moved and your experiences in your new "Paradise". I am a very happy tenant. Have been here many years plan to stay unless I decide to buy a home which in my opinion will be giving up alot.

I'm glad your experience has been good. Just don't cross them... that is when they get mean and hateful. No... seriously. They will get mean and hateful. They are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They put on this happy innocent initial impression and then bam... they begin to get ------ with you. I wouldn't have moved there if I thought they were unprofessional to start with. They were wonderful to me starting out.

srigal131: You are a moron. This is an apartment ratings site where individuals are supposed to give their opinions. If you don't like it, then don't come to this site. But that surely wouldn't do now would it? Since you are Rob, his wife or one of the staff, you feel the need to come here and try to sugar-coat things. Maybe you should spend more time cleaning up your ghetto and less time playing on the internet?

Just an FYI this post was not written by springbrook staff. Everyone may have a different experience and mine has been a good one. Lived in Tanglewood before this.. had horrible experience.. go on their review and you will see a set of mixed opinons as well. To each his/her own.. but mine has been fine.. if it changes.. Ill let this site and its readers know.

To littlelizgirl - you must be one of the lucky ones. I have spoken with many current & past tenants (as I am currently an unhappy resident myself), and I have never heard one favorable comment regarding anything about Springbrook Cercle. And the snow? I'm not sure if you venture out everyday or not, but the plowing is not done efficiently, if even at all. We have had to shovel our car out every single snow fall for the last 3 years!! We have had to shovel out the walkways each time as well. Springbrook waits until the snow stops falling to plow or shovel, and sometimes that can take days!
