I REALLY LOVE MY APARTMENT. I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 2 PLUS YEARS AND NOT ONLY ARE THE STAFF KIND AND PROFESSIONAL THEY ALSO FIXED ALL MY COMMON MAINTENANCES PROMPT TOO. THEY ARE FAIRLY PRICED GRANITE, TRAVERTINE, WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES NEED I SAY MORE. I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN A GREAT HOUSE IN FRANKLIN FOR YEARS WITH MY PARENTS AND IT TOOK A LOT OF STYLE TO GET ME OUT OF OUR HOUSE BUT THIS WAS THE ONE FOR ME. I HAVE A LOT OF HIGH EXPECTATIONS AND THESE APARTMENTS MATCH MY PERSONALITY I'M GLAD I LEAPED INTO THE NICEST APARTMENTS I HAVE SEEN IN THE STATE AND I DON'T REGRET ONE THING ABOUT MY DECISION TO MOVE HERE. Of course they were kind and prompt with repairs, you are their highest source of revenue. The ventana apartments are the most expensive in the state, which you failed to mention, and the newest addition to springbrook. If I had just built a set of apartments and something was in need of repair, I would be very prompt about repairs. If you lived in the older section, which most do because of cost and availability, you'd be lucky to get a quality repair or have them show you any courtousy at all. In my experience, they were rude, unprofessional, and every request was greeted with an undertone of inconvenience. For the price, you may as well have gotten a condo and not have to deal with freaky Rob.

I moved in last summer to Springbrook and I the repairs I've needed and staff have always been great. Before I moved in, I was debating between the Ventana one bedroom and the one I took with an attached garage in the middle section and the Ventana are definitely not the most expensive in the state. You get granite countertops,etc. and it was only $815 which is only $25 more than the older(middle) section that I live in. Apartments downtown are definitely a lot more and don't have the granite and stuff. These are definitely the best in the area and the prices are all comparable. I didn't take Ventana because I wanted my own private garage and I have no complaints. When I needed my dryer repaired Rob ordered a new one and replaced the washer as well to match. I love my place and plan to be here for a long time.
