Resigned for another year

Well some of the reviews almost scared me away before moving here, but we have signed on for another year...
We ended up here on the recommendation of a friend that is an Oak Creek postal Carrier, and sees all the apartment situations daily...and the
Basically some of the maintenance issues are true, but it's more of a problem of being understaffed.
The snow removal was suspect this year, but then again it was crazy this winter...and ...hey, at least I didn't have to shovel it.
there was an instance where maintenance just showed up without a call in an unmarked vehicle, and kinda scared my wife when she pulled up and seen a silver truck in our drive....but we did fill out a maintenance request so, putting 2 and 2 together, I guess it wasn't horrible, but a call would've been nice.
Garbage disposal is moody, and we are waiting for a fix.
Appliances are just okay...but hey what can you expect...a nice new new stainless collection...probably not. The Ventana's appliances are much better.
We could use a new dryer.
Our water pressure is sub-par.
Personally never seen Rob, maybe from afar...I do see his Honda all the time though.
The apartment is beautiful - It's a Clearwater Loft, - one of the middle stucco buildings...so maybe we receive a little better service...or maybe they are just newer. I have a friend in the Ventana's and he has nothing but praise, for their promptness on issues. Where I had another friend who lived in the blue buildings, and had just horror stories. But our experience is overall pretty nice.
There is a lack of parking by us...we are allowed to park 2 cars in the drive, for an additional $25...but it is physically impossible....all driveway lengths are not equal, and we could never fit an additional car there....unless we buy 2 mini's.
The community and neighbors are awesome, and it is very quiet.
My toddler loves the Swans, and the ducks....very useful area...Woodman's rocks...Target...Starbucks...Panera...Gary's Liquor...they just need a BW3's.
Anyways we just resigned, and we came from a house we sold. So no yard work, shoveling, or making improvements is kinda nice.
I'll update after this lease term, as we are setting up to build a house, so hopefully all remains well, until next summer.

What I gather from this review...maintenance sucks (because rob is too cheap to hire more help), snow removal was sub-par (but made good excuses), there is little/no heads up upon entering the apartment, garbage disposal and dryer are junk, while the other appliances are "just okay", water pressure sucks, parking sucks, but hey, at least the scenery is nice. Everything you'd expect from poor management and an unfriendly office staff. Why did they sign another lease again? P.S. when you do get ready to move on to better things, they will squeeze any deposit money they can from you by claiming miscellaneous cleaning issues.
