If you live in Springbrook or Ventana call WE Energies and check your date of beginning service. Confirm it was when you actually recieved your keys and ask them to correct it. They took it upon themselves to put utilities in our name 15 days BEFORE we were given possession of our unit.
Also if you have suspicions about your water bill call the water company not the office of Springbrook.
