Wife lives here - I'm out of town working all the time and can only stop by about once a month. We moved here from another complex in Franklin, WI and she looked a long time before deciding on this place. I know that you can find as nice an apartment in the area for less money but not with inside laundry and underground parking. Being from the South, I can say that both features are great.
We only have 2 complaints:
The railroad runs by the building and the trains are loud but I see that the complex is building a noise barrier that will help when complete.
One morning the garage door would not open and repeated calls to Maintenance brought no-one by to look at the issue. This made several people late to work - luckily, my Wife rode in to work with a friend.

It's loud in the units actually facing the tracks but not unbearable. Like I stated in my post, they are building a noise barrier that will take care of most of the noise. I suggest that you lease a unit that faces away from the tracks if you are concerned about noise.
