If you like a friendly environment and quiet apartments, well...this is NOT the place to live!!!
Everyone here is very rude and disrespectful toward each other.
We had 2 major leaks in the past 6 months that we lived here. One because the girl upstairs' washer kept running for 3 hrs and overflowed on to the floor and her AC leaking into our shower! Needless to say, it cost us quite a bit of time and money.
The staff can?t stay employed and they are very impersonal. You have to send your check all the way to Michigan.
The only decent people are the maintenance guys.
They also don?t accept UPS packages. So if you have a lot of packages coming to you, you are SOL!
Not only that, parking is crappy.
When we moved in the carpet was crap, but low and behold, we move out and don't get our deposit back!! After all the water leaks WE had to pay for the carpeting! Pretty ballsy!!!
This place is for teenagers with a roomate who make a lot of noise!! That's all that we seemed to live by...

We also had problems with leaks and old carpet. They also are a pain with what kind of trucks you can use when you move in or move out. Terrible complex!!!
