I have been here for just over 2 years. Pros: Value,accomodations,near every kind of store/restaurant imaginable. Cons: Near truck stops, no financial incentive offered to long term residents (rent keeps getting raised)All levels of staff have been courteous(previous management WAS less than helpful)I would recommend the complex based on two reasons: I'm paying $680 for a 2B w/dishwasher,washer/dryer,laundry room,standard everything else (rarity in O.C.) Also, quite safe, have holiday decorations outside apartment and no problems. Also, note: Heat included in rent.
