Tanglewood is a pretty good apartment complex. We live on the 3rd level and haven't had any problem with bugs, etc. The biggest complaint is being able to hear everything going on in the outside hallway and the people below us. Like any place similar to this, you've got the occasional idiot blasting through the parking lot in his jacked-up, straight-pipe, 1990 4x4 truck. There is quite a bit of open area in the complex and a nice new playground just across the street.
