I've been here since this past July and my one complaint is lack of storage - but I wanted a place w/ a washer and dryer in my apartment and central air and those are not always easy to come by for the rent I am paying. Other then my neighbors figting @ 4:00am or vacuuming @ 2:30 am on a Saturday, it hasn't been bad. These incidents have been pretty few and I think you are going to get some noise anywhere you go in apartments They have been pretty decent so far w/ repairs so no compaints there.
