I've been here for over a year and is the first time living in an apartment community. I have really been surprised at how much I enjoy living here. Plenty of space, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central air, heat included. Side walks are shoveled in the morning before I leave for work. Landscaping is amazing... wish I could have figured out how to keep my grass so nice when I owned. I probably never will buy another house.... this is a steal. I have had three minor maintenance requests and they were repaired at the lastest by the next day... one time I had a guy at my door 15 minutes after I called. Good location very close to freeway access, grocery store, park, resturants, gas stations, etc. Office staff has always been very friendly and professional!
