In the 7 months my fiance and I have lived here we've had nothing but problems- POOR POOR unresponsive management and constant requests to maintenance to fix and/or replace "ammennities" that do not work. Oh- and we happened to rent an apartment that can't have cable jacks installed in either bedroom when we were told before we moved in that we could have cable installed in any room we wanted. Definitely not worth the time, engergy or money to live here. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up- whether it's 20 degrees below zero with 20 feet of snow outside or 120 degrees with sweltering, high humidity.

We had the same problem when me and my boyfriend moved into a garden level two bedroom. The told us we could have the cable put in, but Time Warner coudlnt do it since we were on the bottom. Tanglewood swore to us we could, we moved in, and then we couldnt. We had to run a cable through the whole apartment so we could hook up our comupter in the back bedroom. A nice big black cord running throuhg the whole place looked horrible but there was nothing else we could do. We transffered apartment and we are now moving do a a masive bug problem! Its gross! They told us since we were underground before that the bugs wouldnt be that bad if we move up a floor. Yeah right! Unless you want bugs coming out of your furniture DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We are out ASAP!!!

I understand the frustration with not being able to have cable TV in the bedroom, but has anyone ever heard of a wireless interent network?

Wireless still requires a jack for the wireless modem- who wants that crap all crowded up in one room? It's one thing when you're prepared to have to deal with it- it's another when management LIES to you and tells you that you can have cable installed in any room you want- only to find out you can't. It's 2008- cable jacks should be a standard feature, not a special amenity.
