I've lived in Tanglewood for nearly 1 year. At first everything was going just fine but now the apartment is falling apart. I know bad things happen and thats just life but when management does absolutely nothing it gets really frustrating. The noise level is ridiculous. People slam doors all day and night, have nonstop parties, and are so loud in the hall all of the time (stomping and yelling)! If you're a young person who wants a party apartment move on in but anyone with a family or baby..stay away! I can't even lay my daughter down for a nap during the day without her being startled by a loud door being slammed. Also our washing machine is broken and they were going to fix it "monday"....two mondays ago! The ladies in the office also wrote an order down for our ceiling to be fixed "monday" due to water damage and of coarse its still not done. One good thing is when our furnace went out for the second time in December at 3am the maintenance guy came to fix it right away but he said its only temporary. He also said he would have some company come to fix it permanently but that of coarse still hasn't happened...thank god spring is coming! :)My only other complaint is the way people drive through the parking lot. They go so fast with loud obnoxious music..I just wish people around here would have consideration for their neighbors. Basically its a cute little apartment but they don't take care of it very well and they clearly do not want long term tenants. We will be moving soon as our lease is up.
