Lived here since 2006 and following is what I have to comment:

Good (for the building I lived in):

- Maintenance is prompt and professional
- Prompt snow removal in winter
- Heat included (lowers electricity bill)
- Close to I-94
- Reasonable price (if you are on lease). Month-to-Month is extra

Bad:

- Lot of noise through dry wall when used taps/shower. Even when tenant above uses their shower/flush, its lot of noice
- Not very large apartments but you will know this when you look at floor plan

Overall, this is a good choice compared to nearby apartments in terms of price and facilities.

I have lived here for approx 7 months. I know I live in an apartment so I expect to hear noise. I have an older gentleman under me who blares his television. I am sure he can hear my stereo sometimes but I live an apartment so I understand. I love the maintenance staff. The office actually gave me a courtesy call a couple weeks ago to see if everything was working well and if I needed anything. Told them I broke the handle on my patio door and they had it fixed before I came home. I love the grounds and the location. For the price, including heat and a washer/dryer, I don't think I could find a better place. Just remember, it is an apartment. If you want complete silence, buy a house.
