Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My time here has been close to a nightmare. The apartment was not cleaned by any standards when we moved in and management did nothing about it! We have had a leak in our bathroom that took two weeks to get even looked at. The neighbors are noisy and partiers at all hours. The pool is crowded and not the cleaniest either. I would say there are much better options in Oak Creek
