Nice Apartments! - I don't know what all the bad reviews are for - my husband and I lived here for a year, and we really enjoyed it. Maintenance issues were always fixed promptly, and we enjoyed the pond view from our balcony and living right next to the park with tennis & volleyball courts! Great New Management and Improvements I think the new management at Timber Ridge is great. The new clubhouse is beautiful. There is a new fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment. They have added all new maytag large capacity washers and dryers. I would highly recommend Timber
