We moved into this apartment at the beginning of the year and about 2 months into the lease were already looking forward to moving. We were told the atmosphere was very professional, only to find an abundant amount of partying kids. Most of the tenants are white trash who's only ambition in life is to drink and party. There are train tracks right by the building, but the people who showed us the apartment assured us that the building was well insulated and that we would never hear the train, and that in case the train only came by once a day. Instead we cannot have our windows open here because of how often the train comes by wailing on its horn continuously.

The water quality in Oconomowoc is atrocious. Just look at how many dermatologists practice in a town of this size, and you will know that I am speaking the truth. Before moving in, we were assured that we could rent a water softener no questions asked. After moving in, we asked the manager how to get into the area where the pipes are located, and he told us that we would not be allowed to have a water softener. I called the owner and he did tell us that it would be okay, but now seven months later we received a letter from the owner claiming that he couldn't remember ever talking to me, and that if I want to keep the water softener I would have to pay him another $200 security deposit.

Nothing ever works in this apartment, and in the short time we have lived here, we have had to have mainitenance over at least a dozen times if we can get them over here. The on-site management is a joke, and you can't even reach them on the phone and you have to call the main office if you want to get anything done. We were also told that we would not be allowed to have a live Christmas tree or wreath (a first for us) since it would be considered a fire hazard, but I guess it's okay for people to store gas cans, mattresses and other flamable materials in their parking spaces in the basement.

We are miserable and cannot wait to move out of here. If you like having your car damaged by inconsiderate neighbors in the supposedly secure underground parking lot. They have a sign posted in the parking area, monitored by security cameras, all a lie!!If you like neighbors who won't smoke in their own apartments but would rather stand outside and blow their smoke into your windows, and if you like neighbors who blast their tv's and stereos 24 hours a day, this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid this place and Supreme Builders at all costs.

i've lived at Greenfield Park for over a year and have never had 1 problem with my building, nor with supreme builders. our onsite maintence team is spectacular and everytime we've had to call the office they've been nothing but helpful and accomodating.
