This Place Was Awful. The woman showed us a nice upper, and told us that we would have a newly finished lower(what we wanted). Not one thing in the whole appt. was new, not even any paint. The toilet was leaking when we got there and we called right away. Waited...Waited... Fixed it by myself a week and a half later. About a month later I got a call saying they wanted to com fix it.
In the third month I got a bill from them saying i owed 75 dollars for electricity when I was already paying the power company for it. I talked to a manager there and said thats what I owed for the months I didnt pay(I was paid in full with WPS.). I asked them for a bill with dates from the WPS and they said they would send it. Nothing, just another bill from them next month, with the same conversation. This happened for 5 months before i told them to quit harassing me about it or I would file a complaint. I went to their office and she tried showing me a bill from the 4 months before I lived there. Then after all got figured out I didnt even get so much as an apology.
There was dog ---- all over outside on the sidewalk from someones guest. there are not supposed to be any dogs around here. It turned white and was decaying before someone finally came and cleaned it.
They do not enforce the parking at all. We had to park in the street overnight on quite a few occasions because visitors to other apartments take all the spots. Complained about it and management said she would show up but never once did.
The walls are super thin. Had to listen to neighbors having sex on many occasions. Every movement of the people upstairs sounds like they are about to come through the ceiling. The windows and doors are awful too, cold drafts and no sound insulation.
Then we get a call 2 weeks before the end of our lease saying that she wants to schedule the move-out appointment as soon as possible. I told her i would get back to her in the next couple of days. I got a call the next day saying she needs to make the appointment ASAP because she has other people that want to move in. I told her that I paid till the end of the month we will do the move-out on the last day of the month.
You can find better apartments for a better price around Oshkosh. AVOID THIS PLACE!
